Football Players:  7:00am - 8:00am

All Other Sports: 10:00am - 11:00am

BODY LOGIC SPORTS THERAPY

Westlake High School student-athletes including incoming freshmen are encouraged to take advantage of the Body Logic Medical Clearance Day hosted by Dr. Mike Vercillo, Dr. Dwite Dahms M.D., and Dr. Scott Blatt D.C. A.T.C.  This optional1 event will allow students to complete the medical clearance portion of their Athletic Clearance requirement for next year AND raise money for the athletic trainers that cover practices and games. The cost is $30 per athlete.  Please bring cash or checks made out to "Momentum Athletic Training". Contact the Athletics Office at (805) 497-6711 X1013 if you have any questions.

ALL proceeds will go to Momentum Athletic Training (which provides athletic trainers for practices and games). If you’d like to make an additional donation to help cover the cost of athletic trainers, please visit www.momentumathletictraining.com

**ALL athletes are required by Education Code Section 32220-24 to carry medical and hospital insurance coverage. If you do not have insurance, you may purchase insurance through Myers-Stevens & Toohey & Co., Inc. Forms to purchase insurance are available in the Athletic Office.

1 – Families may complete their medical clearance with the provider of their choice.
