Any Westlake High School student who wishes to play a sport must complete the athletic clearance process EACH SCHOOL YEAR before they may participate (this includes tryouts, practices, and summer training programs).  WHS has streamlined this process by utilizing HomeCampus.com.  All required information and forms/signatures are collected online.  Information is saved from year to year in order to make the process even faster for returning athletes.  Parents can use the same account for multiple students making the clearance process easier for families with more than one student-athlete.  You may view/print athletic clearance instructions by clicking the links below.  When ready, you may click the HomeCampus.com logo to go directly to the site to begin your clearances.

NOTE:  The Athletic Department requests that students obtain their Sports Medical Clearance and complete their online Athletic Clearances in May or June for the following school year.  This will ensure that the student is cleared for any summer activities before the Athletics office closes in July.  This will also ensure the student’s medical clearance will not expire during their CIF competitive season.
